Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Insurancenloan, we strive to provide seniors with high-quality, transparent insurance guidance. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review the following cancellation and refund conditions.

1. Free Consultation

  • Our free consultation carries no charges. You may cancel at any time before or during the session without obligation.

2. Paid Services

  • Standard Match Service (C$149): Refund requests are accepted if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. After the consultation has been provided, the fee is non-refundable.

  • Concierge Support (C$299): A full refund is available if cancellation is made within 48 hours of purchase and before any consultation or support activity has begun. Once services have started (including initial communication with an advisor), fees are non-refundable.

3. Add-On Services

  • Add-on services such as claims assistance, policy reviews, or paperwork support are refundable only if cancellation occurs before work has started. Once our team has begun processing, the fee is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

  • To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone (see contact details below).

5. Service Limitations

  • As we are not an insurance provider, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for insurance premiums or policies purchased directly from third-party providers.

  • All refund requests apply solely to fees paid directly to Insurancenloan for advisory and support services.

6. Changes to Policy

  • We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
